1. Shipping information

We deliver our products within Germany and to numerous other countries. Shipping is carried out by carefully selected shipping and logistics partners. After successfully completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive – where available – a shipping confirmation with tracking. For orders with several items, partial deliveries may be made if this enables faster delivery. If a shipment cannot be delivered, we will contact you or the shipping service provider will make another delivery attempt.

2. Delivery times

The delivery time depends on the availability of the respective product. • Items in stock are usually dispatched within the delivery time stated in the shop. • Titles not in stock are delivered according to the availability of the publisher or supplier. • Pre-orders are dispatched after the title has been published. • Digital products are made available after successful payment. In the event of delays caused by publishers, printers, shipping service providers, customs authorities or events of force majeure, delivery times are extended accordingly.

3. Shipping costs

The applicable shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before you complete your order. Depending on the country of delivery, order value and shipping method, different shipping costs may apply. For international deliveries, additional customs duties, import charges or taxes may arise. These are – to the extent legally permissible – borne by the recipient.

4. Payment methods

Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe. The available payment methods are shown to you during checkout. There is no entitlement to the availability of a specific payment method.

5. Payment processing

The selected means of payment is charged in accordance with the chosen payment method. Payment processing may be carried out by certified payment service providers. All payment data is transmitted in encrypted form. If a payment fails, we reserve the right to hold back or cancel the order until payment has been successfully received, to the extent legally permissible.

6. Refunds

After an effective withdrawal or a justified complaint, refunds are generally made via the same means of payment used for the original order. Processing takes place without delay once the statutory requirements are met. In the case of partial returns, only the corresponding portion of the purchase price is refunded.

7. International deliveries

We deliver to numerous countries worldwide. Depending on the destination country, customs, import or tax regulations may apply. The recipient is responsible for informing themselves about the applicable import regulations of their country and for paying any charges incurred. If a delivery is not possible due to statutory provisions or official measures, we will inform you as quickly as possible.
